We’re a small, boutique, thriving law firm in Tacoma, Washington, and enjoy sharing the transactional work our firm does with law students looking for experience.

You’ll quickly be working with our clients and while this can seem overwhelming at first, we know you can do it!

In addition to your legal skills, it’s important to us that you have excellent core values. Values like honesty and integrity. You’re genuine. You do the right thing when you know no one is watching, and, perhaps most important, a desire to do thorough work. There’s more to the list, but that’s a start.

So…what, exactly, will you do? We’ll do our best to expose you to a variety of transactional work that might include:

• Employee handbooks

• Separation agreements

• Trademark office actions

• Client meetings

• Corporate structures

• Contract drafting

• Working alongside litigators if a client is involved with litigation

• Copyright filing

• Nonprofit formations

• Day-to-day assistance with clients’ business-related legal issues

Here’s what your background already has:

• Attending an ABA-accredited law school

• A desire to practice transactional law

• An interest in applying tax concepts to business law

• Top 25% of law school class

Salary + Bonus:

• $5,000/month

• Subjective bonus depending on performance
